Common questions
What's in the free trial?
Everything in the Standard plan, no limits, for 24 hours from sign-up. We don't ask for a card. When the trial ends, scans auto-pause until you upgrade.
Why one brand per Standard plan?
Today's extension watches whichever store you're logged into in your browser. One account, one logged-in store. We're working on multi-brand support; until then each brand needs its own subscription. Enterprise customers get this lifted with a custom setup.
How does cancellation work?
From your dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. Stripe handles the cancellation. Coverage runs to the end of your current period; you're not refunded mid-cycle but you're not billed again.
What if a scan fails?
Failures show as a yellow banner inside the extension and in your report. We typically push fixes for site changes within 24 hours. The retry-on-not-ready loop in the scanner already handles most transient cases automatically.
Is my login data safe?
Your store password and session cookies stay in your browser. The extension scrapes the rendered page in your own logged-in tab — we never see credentials. Only the extracted scan data (orders, GMV, listings) reaches our servers.
